You might try "Pineapple antimacassar" in the "Bing" search box. A lot of them come up.

Cant see the sts too well; but the pink ones look like knit in garter st [knit every row] to me.
Knit Garter Stitch looks like little horizontal rows of "humps" that almost hide the "loops" rows...

Since I mostly work with yarn and also tend to crochet very tightly, I use the larger hooks, rarely smaller than an F unless I'm using thread when I use a C or a D.
