    You did a wonderful job on your tunic, it's beautiful!! You could sew the top part of the sides down to leave maybe 6-8 inches open above the bottom. And you could also wear the belt higher up to make it "empire" style. You're built like me lol, and I love the empire style with the tie just below my bra. Another idea is you could switch out the matching belt with a 1" satin ribbon to match whatever else you're wearing, which you could change out with different colors. I love it!!!
