    more detailed pictures of bedspread

I hope you can see in these pictures the backside and then the top side and one of the fringe. The brown star is from the backside, the other one is from the front. Then there is a close up of the fringe. The whole bedspread is just diamond shapes and almost no two stars are alike in color. If you can crochet a diamond then you can make your own bedspread if you like. It just takes time. Good Luck!!Attachment 2312Attachment 2311Attachment 2310

Ohhhhh, it is all crocheted! I get it now. I thought the stars were quilted and then attached to the crocheted part. I could not figure out how they were attached and how it looked so nice still, LOL

Very nice. This would be great for getting rid of left over yarn.

I did get rid of some yarn but I also bought a lot of variegated colored yarn so that every block would be different. But yes, it did use up a lot of the yarn I already had too. The pattern is in one of my older crochet magazines. I probably have some of those magazines from 20 years ago. I guess I am a natural-born pack-rat! Hee hee hee. Ypu should have been here when we did a major house cleaning on my house and had yard sale last fall and another one in the spring. I could still have another one. After I made it through the first sale I gave in to bladder surgery. I barely could make it thru the sale. Had to sit down almost soon as I would stand up I hurt so bad. I am much better now.
