This is a rug that I crocheted. It is done with a super bulky yarn. The finished rug is 66".

Your rug is gorgeous. Does the bulky yarn work easily? Several years ago, I crocheted a rug (smaller than yours) but I used 3 strands of yarn. It was a struggle to finish it because holding that much yarn hurt my hands. Since then, I decided I would buy my rugs!

It is done with just 1 strand. The Yarn is Barnet Blankets. It is a very soft yarn. I do want to make another. Next time I will use two strands.

That is a beautiful rug, and a wonderful piece of craftmanship. Would you consider parting with the pattern? I have been looking for a pattern to go under our round Amish dining room table. That would be perfect to show it off. Our table is probably 30 years old and has 4 claw feet, but 6' would be the perfect size. I have made rugs before. I love to make anything. I love big projects. I found a site where this woman does rugs and shares the pattern. I'll get right back to you with the name of the blog. Thank you. I understand if you don't want to part with te pattern.
Hugs,
Judy

The blog is: EU TAMBEM CROCHETO. She does everything. Purses, baskets, rugs, boxes. Everything. Her work is incredible and beautiful. So colorful. I love it. You do have to translate her page, but on the left side of her blog, you can find the translate thing-a-ma-jog (lol). I love finding the different designers. You never know whate you can find.
