I love the granny afghan! Very clever design. It is nice you didn't make it out of ALL granny squares. I like the separation borders and love the multi-color border around it. I agree with Meerkat that I mostly enjoy making smaller things I can finish quickly, but someday, I will tackle another afghan. I've only made 2 in the past. Both afghans are a real labor of love! Beautiful!

thank you so much. I really enjoyed making them. I just started another corner to corner afghan for my brother for his birthday in August. Love making just about anything with yarn. You could make a lapghan which wouldn't take you very long to make and it could double as a shawl.

All are beautiful!! I really love the middle one, so bright and pretty. I'm working on an afghan, but have got burned out for now, made 3, in a row, ahead of it. So putting it away for a couple weeks, and making Angry Bird hats, and matching scarfs, for a grandson's 9th birthday, coming soon.

My next afghan has been started. It is a corner to corner for my brother for his birthday. Love making afghans. I am also knitting a couple of projects as well.
