I'm trying to find out how I could paint the shawl with metallic rainbow colors. Do you know how to do this?

I just tried to download this blue shawl. All it did was download the picture not the instructions. Is this what it is doing for you?

You would need to use a fabric paint. You can purchase the fabric paint from Michael's Arts and Crafts or maybe another Craft place.
