HELP LOOKING FOR THIS CROCHET PATTERNS English Garden Pot Holders

Here I am at last. It's taken me awhile to do this. I am looking for this crochet book or patterns. It's for a very elderly friend. I have searched every were but can't find this. There are 7 patterns in this book. If you have even 1 pattern that would be great also.
