Usually one would send a square or two (or any amount one wants to send) to another person on the list and of course (proper procedure) to send one to the person one received a square from...The moderator would ask for updates on how many the "Square of the Month" received and how many she needed for completion of her project...It has been great fun...and they even post pix of the square received...If one has that capacity to do so...
