No I had joined for the patterns & have not received any at all- wonder what happened. When I go to the site it says I am already signed up to it- but NO patterns- What s up??

I'm sorry, but the only explanation I'll accept is if everyone connected with that site somehow became annhiolated. Otherwise there is absolutely NO excuse for their rudeness and their silence!!!

Did any one here know how to get in touch with them? because I try every where and found no available ? and I try to log in fail, asked for my login info. this is what happen:
