I am working a couple of different items they weren't for Christmas they are just orders. I crochet for other people. I have business cards and hand them out and if they want something they call me

I like to do tablecloths dollies and things like that. I like to do the filet stitch. I haven't learn how to send pictures. I tried but they didn't come through. But I am going to try again soon

lharris I love Kitch goodies, all different scrubbies I suppose. Can we see some? I have not done scrubbies for a while just Potholders, Crochet towel tops etc.

At the last minute I realized that there were going to be two more family members present when I gave gifts out.... so back to a marathon crocheting session. Don't want to leave anyone out ya know. LOL

I read your post stating you make items for others.
I would love to crochet to make some money. The reason I don't is because it takes so long to make something and I am shy about asking a high price for it. Even to crochet a hat and scarf set takes hours and I am not sure what someone's reaction would be if I tried to charge them 20.00 for the set. Even that would be low considering all the hours and love put into these projects. How do you overcome this?

to cvarr. You will get over it after a couple times. My hat and scarfs sets I charged $25.00 and no one complained. I went to craft shows and aome of there prices were way to much. I sold mine and they didn't. It gets easier after the first couple of times
