I have a rotary cutter from a quilting supply store that pokes holes in fabric. I've had it for over 10+ yrs and don't remember where I got it from (sorry), but try looking in that catagory.

his tool was shown on Nancy's Notions just recently. I don't remember the name, but it sells for $15.00
She also has 3 other cutters that cuts wavy edges Plus. these sells for $3o.00 for the 3.
I get this sit on ' creation' channel KETCC with Charter, this is on 83
It is on at 5:30 AM, then, I think around 11:00 or 11:00 Am.
these cutters work on the straight blade cutters. Hope this helps.

the hole punching blade
I have checked out the name of the tool you are looking for.
It is called " Edge perfect Blade" This blade will punch holes on the edge of a pillow slip so you can crochet around.
Go to "ww.nancysnotions.com "
There is a sale on now. Don't know when the will go off.

It has been quite a long time since I was taught to do an edging on fabric, but I was taught to not cut the fabric, but move the threads aside, as with an awl, tapestry needle (they have a rounded point) or the rounded crochet hook head. You could also do an embroidered blanket stitch (Blanket Stitch - Directions for Working the Blanket Stitch) around the edge and crochet into that.
