I don't know about being kind. I'm just saying the truth. That is some beautiful work. I could never attempt that. Your skills are fantastic.

Actually, no. I live north of the Mackinac Bridge. Once you get south of it, Boyne Falls is about a two hour drive at most. Two of my daughters live in Petoskey, which is close to Boyne Mountain, Boyne City and Boyne Falls. Do you have family or friends there?

Oh thank you. Yes I have a friend there but she does not stay in touch. She is great BTW she sent me Petoskey stone.

Hello people, I have been gone from the site for a while. Very busy with gardening and CROCHETING baby items for two baby showers for my daughter. Hopefully, things will slow down a little til the baby is born in Aug. and then canning season. Anyone still around?

Hello
Hi there,
It's a holiday here today. Independence day. Fireworks and picnics. I am home with my husband. We invited his mother to have dinner with us. Then we sat outside enjoying the weather. I was crocheting an edging on a blanket. Suddenly the battery on her hearing aid stopped working so we had to take her back home. It was just as well. She was dozing off. The weather is warm here.

Oh yeah, she did have dinner before that happened.
