How adorable that he responded to Crochet!! He sounds like a little dollbaby! Animals grieve too, just like we do. Can we see some pictures of him? I bet he is adorable!

I put her in bed with me lastnight insteadof in a crate. She stayed there all night long. Right now she is laying beside me iin the chair. I'm trying to spend as much time with her as possible without making the others jealous of her. Thankfully, Mama Dog has gone to a new home so I have more time for Crochet(both the puppy and with yarn! LOL). Thanks for all the great name suggestions.

I had a cockapoo for 11 years. Had to have her put down last July. She had a fantastic personality and was a 'momma's girl'. She didn't want me out of her sught . I miss her. You are lucky to have inherited her. Enjoy.

We just lost two of our beloved beagles. They were 12 and 14 and gave us a lot of love and happy times over the years but it came time to lovingly let them go. Last week we got two new little female beagle puppies. Boy are they live wires but they too are very loving. Am looking forward to a long life of enjoying them and their love. My husband and I are both 67 and I thought we might be too old and (tired) to raise a couple of pups but at first sight of these two, that thought went right out the window.

She's stiall alittle confused and somewhat overwhelmed by the other furkids here. Grandma had a doggy door anssmart d fenced yard, but she's smart, she'll figure it out. She gave me some kisses today, so she is startingto settle in. Its just going to takesome time. Patience with animals I have in abundance. With people, not so much.
