    So maybe many US cities have "wild parrots" that escaped during some kind of incident. Whatever the reason, I think it's beautiful to see and I wish we had them here.

    MeerKat, I never thought of that but it would certainly make sense. There have been enough hurricanes that have made landfall all around our area that it is possible.
