I'm having a hard time with picture uploading. One time it will work, the next not. I used to be able to upload directly from my photo app now I have to use my Office Suite pro files. It won't even go to my Kindle' s file manager to pick out the file I want. Ugh! I'm going to let it rest and try again tomorrow. Thanks for looking at my pics. Hope you enjoy seeing them as much as I enjoyed taking them.

Hey, I need to catch up on my prayer list. Who all needs prayer right now? I will say a prayer for them. Sorry I haven't on here. I have been busy crocheting roses. So, please someone tell me who to pray for. Thank you. Arlene

a song just came to mind:
I don't know about tomorrow it may bring me poverty. I don't borrow for the sunshine for its clouds may turn to grey.
I don't worry o'er the future for I know what Jesus said and today He'll walk beside me for He knows what is ahead. Many things about tomorrow I don't seem to understand. But I know who holds tomorrow and I know who holds my hand. Every step is getting brighter as the golden stairs I climb. Every burden's getting lighter. Every cloud is silver lined. And today I'll walk beside Him for He knows what is ahead. Many things about tomorrow I don't seem to understand but I know who holds tomorrow and I know who holds my hand.

Jean Marie that is a beautiful song. Mom has it in one of her piano books. I also have it on CD that is sung by Alison Krause and the Cox Family by the title 'I Know Who Holds Tomorrow' which is the name of the song.
I don't know who holds tomorrow;
I just live from day to day;
I don't borrow from the sunshine
For it's skies may turn to Gray.
I don't worry o'er the future,
for I know what Jesus said.
And today I'll walk beside Him
for He knows what is ahead.
CHORUS
Many things about tomorrow, I don't seem to understand; but I know who holds tomorrow, and I know who holds my hand.
Every step is getting brighter
as the golden stairs I climb.
Every burden' s getting lighter;
every cloud is silver lined.
There the sun is always shining;
there no tear will dim the eye,
At the ending of the rainbow,
where the mountains touch the sky.
CHORUS
I don't know about tomorrow;
It may bring me poverty.
But the One who feeds the sparrow
Is the One who stands by me.
And the path that be my portion
May be through the flame or flood;
But His presence goes before me,
And I'm covered with His blood.

Thank you Linda for the words to that song.
I know I could look it up but since you knew the words to this song maybe you or someone else would know the words to these songs:'God and God Alone'; 'No More Night' and 'He who began a good work in you'
I have a devotional journal that I write in every morning. Sometimes I write songs that I remember. Other times I write scripture or what I got out of the passage. One of the other songs I remembered and put in my devotional journal is:'Jesus, Draw me Close; I need THEE every hour. Jesus, Draw me close; Closer LORD to THEE.(or is it You instead of Thee) Let the world around me fade away. Jesus, draw me close. Closer Lord to THEE for I desire to worship and obey. (that might be more than one song.)

Yep, I read it wrong:-) No More Night I have that on a CD by David Phelps. Some times the lyrics they put in their CD jackets can be different.
The timeless theme, earth and heaven will pass away.
It's not a dream, God will make all things New that day.
Gone is the curse from which I stumbled and fell.
Evil is banished to eternal hell.
CHORUS
No more night. No more pain.
No more tears. Never crying again.
And praises to the great "I Am".
We will live in the light of the risen Lamb.
See all around, now the nation's bow Down to sing.
The only sound is the praises to Christ, our King.
Slowly the names from the book are read.
I know the King, so there's no need to dread.
CHORUS
BRIDGE
See over there, there's a mansion, oh that's prepared just for me, where I will live with my Savior eternally.
CHORUS
TAG
All praises to the great "I Am". We're gonna live in the light of the risen Lamb.

So far I can't find the other two song in any of mom's hymnal collection. And I don't have them on any CD' s that I can think of. Will look more.
