Easy peasy. Double click on color you wish to put in one of the squares then drag it where you want it. Repeat.

There are 5 tweed colors and each one varies in color. In the pattern you make 5 hexagons starting with A,B,C,D. Five with BCDE,etc. Even the ones that were say, ABCD all five looked different...
