I bought a shawl/scarf thing from the thrift store for the yarn for the Queen Anne lace scarf. For the pineapple shawl I used Sirdar Snuggly Baby Fashion DK colour F050.

I just unpicked the stitching at the sides of the sweater and arms and then found a thread and unraveled it. If it's all one colour it should be one peice or at least very long peices.

Truly upcycle! I bought a name brand but out of date 100% cotton sweater at the thrift store, brought it home, washed it and pulled it apart. the yarn makes the best dishcloths ever! :D

I just finished a hat for my partner and testing gloves for me. I ran out of yarn on the last row on the testing gloves so had to find some contrasting yarn and finish them off.
