I didn't have a problem. Just tried it. Go to the bottom and click on "Print Friendly" . It took a few minutes because my computer is slow but it did come up with the complete pattern.

Maybe you are using incorrect size hook. I use size 7 steel crochet hook for size 10 thread. The larger the number the smaller the hook. What size hook are you using?
