For my dress I used something that is called baby luv, it's a very thin. I think the weight is a 3 but it's not a fingering weight?

A bobble is just 5 d c and then leaving the last stitch on.pull through all 5 to make a bobble. Secure with one sc or slip stitch!

I made the hat again and now it looks much better thanks to your suggestion. I followed the directions and made a small brim of 5 rows, then sewed the brim.

This what I did. I did the bobble rows and then the dc rows. Then you add extra stitches to make the skirt part straighter. Then it tells you to leave the loop at the end of the row....
