    Berry Bush

A friend of mine said I should make a christmas ornament with the tunisian crochet berries but I couldn't think of how to do the top until this idea popped in my head.. I used the crocodile stitch for the top of the hat.

I have it listed as a competent crochet pattern. Knowing basic crochet and a basic understanding of how to use Tunisian Crochet helps. I have never written or read a tunisian crochet pattern so when I wrote it out I did more like a regular crochet pattern with a special stitches section. There is a photo tutorial included. So far people who have worked from my patterns say that it was a learning curve because it goes outside the box of regular crochet but everything is clearly written out and easily understood.

This fall I will be focusing on creating video tutorials of some of my patterns and this beanie is on my lists of videos to make.

Debi I love to check up on you hehe, always something to learn. I think most of us with the love to do crochet should reach out of that comfort zone. I have wanted but never did. I hope now I will soon. Your really inspiring in my Book. ((Books)) SMJ
