Completed Prayer Shawls
Good morning everyone.
These are the first two prayer shawls I did for the group that I have just joined at a local church. The next meeting (once a month) is tomorrow so I will bring them in.
The only requirement they have is that the shawls be between 20-22 inches wide and a minimum of 60 inches long.
The rose and soft white one is a 48 square join as you go with an edging of sc, then a row of picots.
The soft gold is just three large granny squares, also put together as join as you go of 17 rounds each, with a edging of sc, then a row of picots.
Hope you like them.

Roseanna: The shawls are lovely! The group at church will love to have them to give. I have a Project Linus meeting Sat. AM and will take a white and blue baby blanket that I have finished! Have a great time at the meeting. The fellowship is wonderful isn't it? Shirley
