Always a Bridesmaid & Bachelor No More square by Melinda Miller

Hi y'all - continuing pictures of the squares I've been making. I bought a booklet (6 patterns) designed by Melinda Miller from Ravelry called The Wedding Party. It seemed appropriate since the blue/white squares are eventually going to be made up into an afghan for a possible wedding :-)

The gaudy bright one is just for fun!

This one was fun to make, and Melinda's instructions are good.

I feel the same way - I look at color combo's that other's do and they look so beautiful, but I often put colors together that just don't look right!!

They are so pretty, I have never made the fancy ones like that, but have made alot of the regular ones. I like making them, they are fast and easy to do. I love to do the granny squares that will make a picture of something. I have made the ones that are a snowman and a candy cane .
Have a Great Day !!! Kathy
