How to Post Pictures

Can someone tell where I can find the instructions on adding pictures to post. I know I saw it in here somewhere.. Not the Video that shows how, because cannot see the video, printing is to small.
Any help is appreciated. Want to show a Pic of what Magnolia Blossom sent me.

this is what i do on my p.c. to post a picture or a new thread.
1-click post new thread.
2-click on the paper clip icon to post attachments/pictures.
3-click on the add files.
4- click on the basic uploader.
5-click browse--this should show you your "pictures" files that you have taken and stored in your p.c.
6 click your "pictures" file button on your p.c. and pick what picture that you want to show the group. and click on that certain picture.
7-click the upload button, then that picture that you picked will appear on the bottom of the row of the attachment row.
8- click the "X" button in the upper right hand corner.
9 -now write your message.
10- then scroll down and click on the "preview your post" button to see if there are any errors in your message.
11- click "submit new thread".

Thank you so much, I think I'm ready to try this later on today. I had seen the directions before but didn't have any pictures downloaded of items that I had made. Now I have a couple, so I will give it a try. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Was going to ask my DIN to help, but she works, and the grandkids have t-ball and dancing after school, so she's pretty busy. Will definitely try this myself.
