    Inspired By Susan MJ - My Latest Creation

    Yes, it's another doll shoe pincushion I crocheted this thinking of my dear friend, Susan MJ, with sizes 10 and 20 thread, pearls, and a silk rose.

    Presenting the Pearls & Lace Doll Shoe Pincushion! Oh yes, I cheated a little by using lace seam binding for the ties on the shoes, but I like it!

    Pincushion? I thought it was a "welcome home baby" gift/keepsake for a new mother. It's adorable and creative... love it. I guess it could be whatever you wanted it to be. I think I will make one for my daughter to put on the new baby's dresser.
