    sorry all just being nostalgic

    My mom was a 4 time cancer patient and crocheted up until about 2 week before she passed when she was bed ridden. Her 2 favorite sayings are my tags God will never put more on your plate then you can handle and It is up to you to test your resolve

    all of them make me in awe of what I see, but 2 of them stand out most to me, the pineapple and the sideways diamond pattern. I would love to have those patterns in my collection. Don't get me wrong all are very nice, I just love diamonds and pineapplees lol.

    i have not looked for the diamond pattern but I did find this Ravelry: Strawberry Hot Pad pattern by Phyllis Bermudez it looks a lot like what mom did like I said mom could not read a pattern but i know she could duplicate one I don't know how long she has had that strawberry or pineapple which ever it is but it looks a lot like this patern

    those are all very cool my sis made a blanket like the star one. The one in the middle has a very interesting pattern I don't think I have ever seen that one or the gold one. they are all treasures of a life time
