    No problem, I didn't mean anything by it, it was just I spent 50.00 for that red heart love yarn, and when I found out its in the 70.s on average in the winter, I figured this wasn't the one for him. I'm so sorry u had to have hip surgery. But I know u will feel better soon. All my patients used to say, once u got past those first days of surgical pain,.that they felt better than before the surgery. So do ur therapy, and get well soon and thanks for taking the time to answer my question.

    Oh that is so nice..I am wanting to do one also..I want to do in the bright colors..I was on line today learning..(pulling my hair out..lol) but did manage to get a few blocks in for practice..hoping to get it started soon. Have to wait a week or so for yarn.

    I do love this stitch, my question is how hard it would be on my poor old arthritic thumb. It hurts more on stitches that pull, did you find much pulling making this stitch?

    I may try making a swatch and see how it works out for me one of these days.
