Barby you did an amazing job. I know what you mean about the cats, my projects always have to compete with my cat for the "lap" position. It's really a pretty rug.

Thanks, Ladies. I appreciate your compliments. Yes, I think I will wait to make the rug when it is cooler I just know it will be heavy and hot when I make it! Thankfully it won't be as big as this one is. I wanted the teal, white and black to go with my curtains which are teal, couches which are black and the walls are white. Pretty cool they are the Jaguars colors.

Thanks Annette, it took about 6 weeks working off and on and at one point I didn't think I was ever going to get it done. But finally I laid it all out on the floor and it was the perfect size! Yea! The colors match my curtains, walls, and furniture so it brings it all together. Thanks so much for the all the kind words ladies, you bring smiles to my face with every post, and you boost my ego tremendously!

Ladies, you are too kind! I am just stubborn! LOL Seriously, I could not find a rug that had the colors I wanted so I decided to make one myself. Didn't know what I was getting into. Thankfully it wasn't difficult just long and tidious. Thank you so much for the kind words it does my heart good! I don't have friends who crochet and they don't understand the work it takes make an item. Your words mean more to me than you could possibly know. Thank you.
