I have wondered how Doris Chan's designs look on real people, and you look great in your new sweater.

And while the sweater is awesome, your avatar is even more awesome. I have made that cat!

Crochetbug - Aren't those kitties fun to make?? A great way to use up partial skeins of yarn!

I love Doris Chan designs and "common sense" patterns, they always turn out beautifully. This is the first one I ever made for myself, my daughters have the rest of the things I have made from her designs.(I am NOT showing either of them this sweater!!)

Anyone that would like to have this pattern, it is one of several fantastic designs in Doris Chan's book "Everyday Crochet". I got my copy from Amazon and paid $14.93, but they also offer USED copies starting at $7.78. It is well worth the cost of the book for these great patterns! You can find the book here: Amazon.com: Everyday Crochet: Wearable Designs Just for You (9780307353733): Doris Chan: Books
