A simple shawl.
Hi, kids. Here is my latest effort. It is Angel Wings designed by Julee Reeves Fort. Pattern can be found on Ravelry. It is easy as pie. You choose whatever yarn and hook you like and it'll turn out okay. My version is 66" wide by 29" down the center spine.
I used "Cotton Fair" by Premier Yarn in "Blue Iris" and "Cocoa". It's half 'n' half cotton and acrylic.

Hello MeToo, That is lovely hope it keeps you warm this winter. I like your color choice. What is your next project?
I am still working on that purse I started trying different stitches that I hope goes together. I have also changed the color choice 3 times. I am trying to use up all that yarn I had left from baby girl things. I don't work on it every day.

Wonder if that shawl would go around a short, chubby person like me? I like the shape and just ordered shawl yarn on sale. imalefty

Hi. The shawl is quite large the way I made it, and Cotton Fair makes for a drapey, stretchy fabric. It is the kind of pattern where you can just keep on going til it is the size you want. Best of luck.
