Pivture of Baby boy Blue pullover just finished

O-3 months baby boy pullover sweater I made for the new arrival due the end of January 2019.

I didn't have a pattern for this one saw a video on you tube and wrote down the measurements.
I used the left over blue yarn from the C2C blanket and a big hook. The yarn is so soft and using the big hook made it very cuddly.

Hi Nova55, Thanks for the compliment. I hope it will be warm since the baby will be born the end of January.

I started out with an E/4 crochet hook and the double crochets were nice and even. I changed to an I/9 hook. I should have stuck with the E/4 hook as I like the look better with the DC closer together. The larger hook made it really pliable and soft but leaves large holes in the fabric.

I'm sure it will be fine. Newborns spend a lot of time wrapped in blankets, so even if the stitches aren't as close together the baby will be warm. My fault was that I always over-dressed my kids!
