    Hi jknemec01

Looks like it might be a HDC (half double crochet) put through the back loop only.

Jean Marie, I responded that this stitch in the video looks like a HDC, but on second thought it looks like one of the stitches you posted on this forum. A different way to do a HDC or something to do with a slip stitch. I can't remember the name of the stitch you posted but this video looks like that stitch.
    Maybe you can help her.

That's 1 row dc, the next row triple crochet, then a row of double crochet and then a row of triple crochet; every other row dc and every other row triple crochet. The front of the dc stitch row is the back side of the triple crochet row. We turn our work on every row. If you look at the video at 0:07 where on the white row on the top that's not finished you can see it's a dc. You can see it again at 0:15.

Spoula, I did the extended hdc.

Hi Jean Marie, Thanks for extended HDC I couldn't remember what the stitch was called but I did remember it was a HDC.

On your reply above I am glad you could help her.

    Jean Marie,
I think you are right. When I commented on the video I said double or triple crochet. However, what you're saying makes perfect sense and explains the look. I'm glad you narrowed it down. Great call!
