Beautiful! I wouldn't even know how to go about something like this. Is is the pattern similar to cross stitch? I mean not using a canvas and needle, but following a graft pattern....just gorgeous

Your C2C Deer afghan is coming along beautiful ...Your son and DIL are very lucky couple and I bet will cherish this forever. A true heirloom for their family. I am working on a C2C for my sister and they are a lot of work and all the tie in ends. It is a Bingo Card . Thanks for sharing and look forward to seeing it when it is finished.
