Nice to hear from you all. Thanks to you, I feel encouraged to try doing a doily again if I can find a pattern that isn't full of trebles. Something denser and less hole-y.

MeToo, I am sending you 3 more doily patterns that are dense and less holes. (ha) Remember you can substitute Double crochets for treble stitches if you want. They look small and simple.

@Jean Marie. Thanks so much for your kindness. I just started working on what is meant to be a coaster, i.e., about 4-5 inches in diameter, only 6 rounds, but am using #3 CotLin thread + a 4.5mm hook instead, so it will be twice as large and I'll call it a doily. It should take about 3 hours, maybe. You could probably do it in 1/2 an hour... This wee project is just to pass the time (like I have that much to spare) until my yarn for my next doily project arrives.
