I think your creation is so neat. My grandson would just love something like this.

Wow, this is quite impressive! I love the details you crocheted into the roof of its mouth. The yarn colors are perfect too! Did you use a yarn that had multiple colors, or did you have to switch colors continuously?

Incredible! I've yet to attempt anything like that but it's nice to see what a master can do.

Hello all, thank you for all of your replies. This was such a fun project to do. I'm sorry I haven't replied before now but I don't have internet access all the time and too I have currant projects I'm working on. I'll try and answer the questions posted in this thread.
My brother is 52. He's a collector and a kid at heart so he does enjoy his stuffed animals LOL
The multi colored portion of the alligator was a variegated yarn.
The Gator took me about a week give or take a day or so to complete
The gators eyelids were done in a half circle, when I sewed them on I left the bottom 2 stitches so they can fold up/down allowing the lids to open/close
I hope I didn't leave anyone out. Again, thank you for all of your comments. I appreciate you all

Jean marie, I'd love to see pics of your iguana if/when you have him completed.
