Do you have this on your lap when you are crocheting? It is really a work of art.

Now I will have to live to be a thousand years old in order to do all the things I have on my "To Do" list. Your work is beautiful.

Yes. It was warm work in the summer. Nice in the winter though!

    Christmas present

I started this one as a Christmas present while I was waiting for more yarn for my other one.
I am kinda nuts! I have three weeks to finish and am almost to the corner pattern.Suzyq660 afghans-img_20181104_150111602_ll-jpg

Hi suzyq660, Just beautiful wow what a lot of work. Can that pattern also be made for round rugs?
I could never do that myself but admire those that can.

It is pretty thick. I guess it could. I have never done a rug.
This is worsted weight with a 3.5 mm hook, and it is big enough for a queen bedspread when the corners are on.
People stop before the complete pattern is done for smaller ones.
I have been working on it about 4 months now. I am trying to get done by Christmas.
I have one more part, Part 18, to go before the corner pattern.
It would look really pretty in all ivory. Someone did that, and it is beautiful.

Luckily, it has videos. I'm pretty good at following the instructions, but this one lost me on a couple of rows. I had to watch the videos to figure out what it was saying to do.
