I started to do an afghan stitch southwestern pattern but I am beginning to get arthritis, and holding up the needle with all the yarn hanging off the bottom, and from the back, was making it too hard on my hands. I knew I would not finish it, so I used some of the pretty colors for this one.

Thanks. I had more of these colors left. I decided to try a Charlotte square the way it is supposed to be. Now I like it so much, I figured if I make nine, it will be big enough for a bedspread. Too many projects!!!��
