recent projects
Here's what I've been doing, designing, writing patterns and crocheting them and other people's patterns too! 3 of the pieces are reversible, which I love... the purples/orange/white is our Clemson Tigers college colors. Some of my new completed pieces:

I forgot to post a favorite new stitch I found! These 2 pieces are made with the same stitch, that's one thing I love about crochet - how versatile a single stitch is with different yarn types and hook sizes! Some of the pics are gifts and donations, some were MINE! It finally got cold so I can wear them now

Hi Jean, and everyone! Yes, I do stay busy with crochet, it's the main thing I do! I do my usual around the house but with things being so hard for me to do and taking so long and being so painful to do, the frustration level can get really high. So I go get lost in the crochet world and try to forget the misery that is the pain of my body.
I can sit and crochet with less pain than anything else, and I get up often to walk, stretch, move around and do other things, lol, but when I say it's my therapy it's because it keeps my mind focused on a good thing for a change. I know it seems I do make a lot of projects, I'm always looking and finding new stitches and experimenting with them using various hook and yarn types. This is right up my alley of a good time!!
I design and write patterns for my Ravelry & Craftsy pages and post the patterns on quite a few sites. It's a good way to keep in touch with the crochet world and learn a lot too. I consider myself still somewhat a baby in the crochet world altho I've done it daily for a few yrs now.
The more I do, the better I naturally get, and practice gets the stitches looking nicer all the time!
I love to see other people's projects for inspiration and to see what everyone else is doing!

My baby girl loves infinity scarves. I'm always thinking up new designs for her. Yours are lovely!
