I finally finished a project!
It isn't much but I finally finished one of my projects! Here's a picture of what I worked on when I was traveling recently. It's such a great feeling when you finish something you start, no matter how big or small.

Yeah! I just love dishcloth patterns. There are so many people that love using them. Wanted to let you know that I made the Gypsy Head Scarf that you put on the board. It was the first intermediate pattern I actually was able to complete. It was the first time I had made a hat from the bottom = up. I liked everything about it, but the strings hanging down. They were just so bulky. I turned them into a flower. Just wanted to let you know that I loved the pattern.

Thanks! It's one of my dish cloths I've been working on. I'm now working from home and am trying to make things like that instead of buying dish cloths or paper towels for cleaning. I'm always so proud when I'm washing dishes or wiping the counter with something like that because I'm using something that I made!

That's great! I love it when something handmade is also useful.

Oh yes, I understand the feeling totally Drice1976! The feeling you have when using something self-made is unbeatable! I have made little keychains for my parents already; will have to get a shot of them and show it here.

I think, in this day and age, we take so much for granted. Modern conveniences is one of those things. So, for me, I try to find ways to do things that won't cause waste and this is one of those ways. It's relaxing and fun, but useful at the same time once the project is finished.

Wow congratulations! I know what you mean! It feels really good when you finally finish a crocheted piece and not only that -- a piece that can be admired and utilized as well! I like the colors as well.

That's great drice1976! The feeling of accomplishing something is really indescribable. It's not only pretty but practical for you too, and I like those types of projects. I think I'm getting hyped up for a photo session with my latest stitched creations
