What a wonderful idea for a window valance! I would like to do something like this with a seashell motif for my kitchen. Does anyone have crochet patterns for seashells?

Welcome Jill! I'm like you, I like to crochet simple patterns. Even though I've been crocheting for decades, I'm really not interested in tackling difficult patterns. I make a lot of large afghans and baby blankets.
