    This is a very beautiful afghan. I really like those colors. I think the ripple afghans are so pretty. You did a wonderful job.

    Debra, I make a lot of ripple blankets and this is the pattern I always use.

    Thank you Shelley I have been practicing using the site you sent me. Never done a treble crochet but am excited to learn more. I have the crochet down, but working on the tension. I either pull to tight or not enough but I know with enough practice I will have it down. Thanks for you help!

    Thanks! I just had another surgery and am home recuperating. The pattern I used is this www.hand crafting with love.net>pat-ripple. I did 9 rows of white. 3 rows of of dark olive, 3 rows of medium sage, 3 rows of menthe, 9 row of white, etc. I made 8 sections of the white and 7 sections of green. Celtic mythology calls for the numbers 3 and 9 to be sacred. In Christian theology, 3 represents the Trinity and 5 represents transformation.
