In a post last year, I said I was going to crochet hats for a St. Baldrick project that my neighbors' son was going to be a participant and one of the many who would be shaving their heads in support of children with cancer who lose their hair due to chemo treatments. He also is raising money for research. Since they are usually boys and men who have their heads shaved, I did 30 hats in masculine colors. They are just two basic patterns, done in a variety of sizes to fit all heads. Some are just all dc, others are a combo of dc and sc. I then found out that any extra hats (other people also make or buy basic hats to donate to the event in March) are sent to Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Well, since there are gals who also lose their hair, I am now going to do some hats in girly colors. Will post a pic when I do those.
I just kind of dumped them on the couch to get the best pic I could but you get the idea. LOL.

The little white and black in that one also has a bit of grey and it is Red Heart Zebra. It shows up more in the one on top of the couch in between the two little stuffed animals.
