    15 down 15 to go

This is taking forever. 15 down, 15 to go. 6 ends per square to sew in. I dislike ends. It will be worth it to see the look on her face when I give it to her.

I agree! Weaving in the ends is the worst! Your squares are lovely.

One thing that might help you in the future is weaving in your ends as you go. When you finish a block, stop and take a few seconds to weave in those ends before you start another block. That's what I do and I never end up with a ton of ends to weave in at the end.

Shelley, you are right about sewing in the ends as you. I learned that the hard way with the 50 squares afghan I made for my aunt. That was a job to do!! I will Never do that again. xoxoxo Lynda

Thanks it is for my God daughter who is five. She picked the pattern and colors. 22 down, out of those 22, 10 have ends sewn. I started sewing in the ends at first then quit because I was tired of doing it.

Very pretty. I don't like ends either but I love colors in my projects. Sometimes I weave ends as I go - other times I wait. So satisfying to get it done!
