I know this is a Crochet forum but.......

I recently retired with a lot of time on my hands, I finally decided to attempt knitting...something that I had never been very good at. Practice paid off, and I have managed to create a 3 baby projects that I am very proud of. Most proud of the mauve baby sweater which my pattern source informed me was designed, made, and sent to Princess Diana for Prince William.

Those are gorgeous! I think knitting is better for clothes, but I don't currently have the patience {or time} to knit. Crocheting goes so much faster IMO. You did wonderful!

Those are awesome!!! They're just lovely and your work is beautiful. Either you practiced a lot or you've a born knitter.
