    Large Afghan for My Son

I just finished this large afghan for my youngest son. He's 6'3" tall so I made it extra big. The green is a LIME green not a mint color.

    Hello Shelley
I love that afghan. Looks very nice!.
I do know all about those problems with tall guy's..My son is 6'5 tall. Since he was about 15 years old I was not able to find almost anything for him in "regular" stores, everything was too small, that includes shoes. I had to buy everything in those specialty stores (for tall guys). And that was not cheap. They do charge more than twice as much for everything and nothing was ever on Sale there. When he was 16 years old he got brand new sport car ( he was doing very well in school, that is why he got brand new car). He was just a very good kid, very easy to raise. Going back to that car..when he was 18 years old, he couldn't fit to that car. I had to sell that and buy him a bigger car.
Well, that is my story about tall guys...

PS: To tell you the truth, I have never heard before that anyone would out grow their car! LOL. And that car was not a small car.
