Yarn winder and yarn cake pic right side up

Here is the yarn winder and a yarn cake. My husband made the long arm that resembles a thread stand out of a piece of heavy gauge wire from a coat hanger. The only thing that he had to go by was a picture from the side of the box that the thread winder was in. Everything was written in Japanese, so glad that the drawing was clear. Pretty clever guy!!!!!!

Thank you determined to crochet! I am a thrift shop junkie, and this yields many items that I could not afford to purchase new. This yarn winder is a prime example of that!
