    Shawl from yard sale yarn

A friend knew that I crocheted and snagged a bag of yarn at a yard sale for me. I made a couple of hats for the friend and then made this shawl. What shows up brown in the picture actually has threads of blue and rust in it that match the border colors; the label said made in Italy. The "brown" part is the Yes, Yes Shawl pattern from Bernat (sorry don't have a link) and the borders are from this Drops pattern called Spearmint Crochet DROPS poncho in ”Muskat”. Size: S - XXXL. ~ DROPS Design

Billieconrad, your shawl is lovely ... the colors are so pretty and I like the way you put two patterns together. Good work!

By combining the two patterns, you now have a unique one of a kind piece. Beautiful work.
