Adult Headband/earwarmer without back button crochet pattern

Crocheting headbands for a girls' team and need ideas.

Here's a cute one, with a flower, and a link to the flower pattern, too. This one is the same width all around, which I have made. I've seen some that were tapered in the back, and had buttons, etc. but it seemed like a lot of trouble, when it would probably be underneath the hair in the back.

This looks like a stretchy sort of pattern, so would be good for multiples, and fit everyone.
