Was this in a book, or pamphlet? This covers a lot of territory, if I knew what it looked like, would be pleased to help you. There are lots of thread christening outfits, if you can't find it, let me know, and will see what I can find as alternative. But a picture would be good, maybe can find it on google, or pinterest?

Have you tried All Free Crochet? I've seen christening gowns there, but don't know if there's one from Aunt Lydia's. They have many patterns from yarn/thread companies.

If you haven't found what you want I have a lot of old patterns. I am not at home right now but will look if you need me to. pm me if you need me to.
I have a lot of the older christening gown patterns. Red heart had put out a pretty one to in their books they had at one time. I also have one that was given out free. I have several others.
