I have another doily pattern that has Angels around the outside. It may be what you are looking for. I have made so many of them the past few years. I have one in the works but have not finished it yet. It has a round center with the 8 angels attached to the outside edges. I bought the pattern a long time ago and it is by Maggie Weldon.

You have to click on the picture but it still is not very big.
