That scarf is VERY pretty, but lacks the romantic look. Thank you Magnolia Blossom for suggesting it. It is rather beautiful. I will keep on my "quest" girls!

Wow there is one on that A Magia Do Croche site that resembles our scarf that we are searching for but lacks the roses. How ever is seems as though you order the already made scarf.

Hi MAgnolia Blossom! I'm sorry, I don't....I just sat and drooled; I figured I wouldn't be able to read them in portugese, and being a novice crocheter, I would not be able to ook at them and copy, even if they have diagrams, as I am still working on learning how to get the basics. I bookmarked the site in case I ever manage to get beyond ultra beginner!

In my continuing quest for this pattern last night I came across this picture on a site called Photobucket. God only knows how I got there....but any way I found this picture and here is the scarf with out the flowers. Does anyone know these stiches? Finding rose patterns are a piece of cake...but if any of you crochet veterans can figure this out it would be wonderful. My dad's Godmother would be able to do this in a flash if she were still alive, she would now be about 113 -115 years old, now! She taught my mom and me how to crochet when I was about 7 or 8 years old...that would be the 1960s...well I certainly am off on a tangent, it must be the coffee I am drinking... LOL.... Well check out the picture and see if anyone knows these stiches...
